IAfter 16+ years, some of the doors and windows may require replacement. Circulars have been circulated in the past with details of the window and door designs that are acceptable and that have been selected to maintain the aesthetic attraction, uniformity and value of the estate.

Following the commencement of installation of double glazed doors and windows on the Estate, the Directors of PWRA Ltd  consider it suitable to post a standards and guidelines on the website to clear up any confusion regarding permitted changes to the exteriors of Plymouth Wharf  buildings. We would like to remind owners of the conditions stated in the Estate's Lease. Any lessee (owner) thinking of making alterations to the outside of the property should acquaint themselves with the conditions laid down in the lease.  In signing the lease the lessee agrees 'not to make any structural alterations or additions to the demised premises'.
